- Daily fee of apartment in Reais (R$ - Brazilian currency), with breakfest, service fee (10%) and ISS tax (5%), when charged.
- Daily fees - based on standard category apartments
- Turism tax: not included in daily fee.

PAYMENT METHODS:
- AIR TICKETS:
TAM: subdivided up 05 times using credit card - minimum value of each parcel: R$ 45,00.
GOL / VARIG: subdivided up 06 times using credit card - minimum value of each parcel: R$ 45,00.
- Subdivision permitted only for credit cards emitted in Brazil.
- The subdivision conditions may change depending on the floating policy of the air companies.
HOSTING:
- Total value of daily fee (using pre dated checks of brazilian banks) May 1st, 2009.
