The M. Leal is the official travel agency of Oncoville Meeting 2008 and among our responsibilities is to provide a quality travel with the best prices. The daily rates below are special prices for the participants and must be applied only for reservations request by M. Leal.

EVENT HEADQUARTERS:
- Four Points By Sheraton - Curitiba/PR
- Daily fee of apartment in Reais (R$ - Brazilian currency), with breakfest, service fee (10%) and ISS tax (5%), when charged.
- Daily fees - based on standard category apartments
- Turism tax: not included in daily fee.

- Exclusive attending post for congressmen and congresswomen, in the place of the event.
PAYMENT METHODS:
- AIR TICKETS:
VARIG: subdivided up 10 times using credit card - minimum value of each parcel: R$ 50,00.
TAM: subdivided up 10 times using credit card - minimum value of each parcel: R$ 45,00.
GOL: subdivided up 06 times using credit card - minimum value of each parcel: R$ 45,00.
- Subdivision permitted only for credit cards emitted in Brazil.
- The subdivision conditions may change depending on the floating policy of the air companies.
HOSTING:
- Total value of daily fee parcelled (using pre dated checks of brazilian banks) October 20th, 2008.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
- From the payment day to 03 (three) days before the event opening, will be charged 10% over the paid value (administratives taxes).
- 02 (two) days before the event opening and/or during the Congress, the refund will be done 20 (twenty) days after the Congress ending.
- Cancel requests must be sent by fax or e-mail.
